Our TikPilot Games Are Built Around TikTok LIVE Rules

Every TikPilot game is designed to follow TikTok's LIVE rules. This guide explains, honestly and in plain words, what that means in the games: how gifts work, what the gift guide shows, what the AI does and does not do, and what stays your job as the streamer. TikTok has not approved or certified our games; we build them to follow its published rules and update them when those rules change.

Grand Prix TikTok LIVE racing game with a small gift legend next to the track
A small gift legend says what a gift does; it never tells viewers to send one.

Gifts are always optional

  • Every gift action can be changed or turned off: pick any gift for an action, or choose "— off —".
  • The games keep moving on their own between gifts, so the stream is never a loop that only waits for gifts.
  • No promises before a gift: a game never says "send X and I will…"; it only shows what an effect does.
  • Wins bought with gifts (such as +1 WIN or swapping the win counters) are off by default.

A small gift legend, never a gift request

The gift guide is a small legend in the style "🌹 = effect". By default it appears briefly, for 3 seconds every 10 seconds, so the game stays in focus. Its texts describe effects; they never use imperative lines like "send a Rose".

The AI is only an assistant

  • The AI never asks viewers for gifts.
  • It thanks viewers by name. It names the gift only if you turn that on, and it never compares gifts or gifters.
  • You control the game: the AI starts, restarts or changes a game only when you ask it to.

No chance, no gambling

  • Gift effects never depend on luck: the same gift always does the same thing.
  • No slot machines or wheel spins triggered by gifts.
  • No prize, money or jackpot wording in the games; scores are just scores, with nothing of value attached.

Team games: join first, then play

In team and country games, viewers first join a team or country with a comment. Only after joining do their likes and gifts count for that team; likes and gifts from viewers who have not joined do nothing. There is no random team and no gift that goes to whoever is behind.

Each direction or effect has its own gift. In Roof Skater, for example, separate gifts push left, push right or jump, so nothing is left to chance.

A clean screen for your viewers

  • No URLs, QR codes or names of other platforms on the game screen; only a small TikPilot brand badge appears now and then.
  • Test and demo controls live in your streamer window, not on the canvas viewers see. Test gifts and demo viewers are marked on screen (TEST· / DEMO).
  • Music only with the rights: YouTube music and song requests by name are off by default, and the music games remind you to play only music you have the rights to.

What is still up to you

The games are designed to help, but TikTok looks at how the LIVE is run. Stay with your LIVE: be on camera or on the mic, talk to your viewers and react to what happens. If you must leave, pause the LIVE. Read TikTok's LIVE Community Guidelines for the full rules.

Frequently Asked Questions

Has TikTok approved TikPilot games?

No. TikTok has not approved or certified our games. They are designed to follow TikTok's published LIVE rules, and we update them when those rules change.

Do viewers have to send gifts to play?

No. Gifts are always optional: viewers can join with a comment, the games keep moving on their own, and you can change or turn off every gift action.

Does the AI ask my viewers for gifts?

No. The AI is only an assistant: it never asks for gifts, it thanks viewers by name, and it controls the game only when you ask.

Why do likes and gifts not count before a viewer joins a team?

So every action clearly belongs to a team the viewer chose. Viewers join with a comment first; after that their likes and gifts count for their team.

Can I play YouTube music in the games?

Only music you have the rights to. YouTube music and song requests by name are off by default, and TikTok may mute a LIVE for copyrighted songs.
